    I have SBOX 500 and I set it to use RADIUS (port 1812).
    I install AIS Server.
    When I try to make VPN access to the network with a Test user I created - I get that massage is the event viewer:

    Open your "Connections to other access servers" policy and edit the profile, check through your settings there to ensure you have the correct settings. You probably have "unencrypted authentication (PAP, SPAP) unticked according to your error I guess,
