    Hi there guys!!!

I need some help here with a wierd issue (or not)

    I have a 2003 R2 server domain member with 2 network cards.
One with the ip 192.168.1.20 and other with 192.168.6.10
The 192.168.1.20 is connected to my network and the other to some customer site to site VPN.
The problem starts when my work colleagues connect to the network from home using the checkpoint VPN client.

They connect with no problems they can ping some others servers with only one NIC but the one that have 2 network cards (internal + VPN) they cant ping it.
The only way to deal with this problem is to do a reboot to the server and then it starts pinging.

I guess the problem is because it has 2 gateways 192.168.1.1 my checkpoint and the 192.168.6.254 my VPN router site-to-site to a customer.

Do you have any idea how to solve this problem?

    Thanks in advanced

    Re: 2 nic Cards

    Only one gateway is allowed.
Keep the external gateway and add static routes to the internal network when required.
