I kinda doubt you'll find that info online unless it's on the local government's website because it's gonna be different for each state, county, city, etc.

The most local government should have the information so I'd give them a call, but be ready for lots of transfers and people not knowing what you're talking about, etc.

Going horizontal is not usually a problem unless you use false ceilings. These can be tricky at time and locations.

Going vertical is a whole different ball game. Special cable and often ducts for the prevention or retardation of fires between floors. PVC covered cables is also a goodie as it gives off an interesting gas when burned (favoured by Texas I believe).

If you need to ask these questions, then it seems that you are not a licensed cabler and therefore should not be doing the cabling. I am sure the Fortune 500 companies your website claims to support would not be impressed by lack of knowledge about cabling regulations, building guideline etc.

i know how to run the cabling just not according to regulations

where would i go to learn these regulations?

I could tell you what licenses you need in Australia, but they ain't going to be much use to you even if you do some cabling in Melbourne. As suggested above, contact your local government website or track down a qualified cabler and get them to point you in the right direction.
