  • SpeedTouch 510 as a non-nat router for small subnet

    Hello,

after reading the articles on DHCP spoofing and transparent bridging I am still not sure how to configure my ST510 for my setup.

My ISP has assigned me a small subnet (8 addresses) of public IP addresses, and what I want to do is have one of these be the ST510 (which should also do the dialing/authenticating). Attached to the ST510 would be my Belkin NAT router with one of the remaining public addresses (with my normal home LAN behind it with 192.168.x.x addresses), and up to four computers which for one reason or another need a public address (i.e. my Asterisk box).

    Any hints?

    Thank you!
