I am new to this VPN configurations. We have a Static IP with us(A leased line connection too). We have a hardware firewall(PFsense) and we dont have any routers.

I had gone through fortinet or Cisco and hope it is more secure for VPN.

What are the steps I need to carry on for VPN. If i configure in my firewall for VPN and how can I connect it with Fortinet VPN client.

i am confised pls guide me. I am not getting a clear picture.

    Thanks and Regards,

    Re: VPN configuration

Looking at the documentation for the firewall would be a good place to start.

      Re: VPN configuration

I'm a bit confused. What firewall do you have? You already mentioned 3 (asuming you mean Cisco ASA since you posted it in the Cisco Forums)
PFsense (open source btw) can do VPN as well as Fortigate and ASA.

However keep in mind that most of the time you can't use a VPN client from a vendor with different other vendors.
