  • Incorrect time stamps on log file entries

    Hi,

Just a quick question, why would a log entry show a timestamp for example of 7w 6d if the event occurred today?

sh clock verifies the time is correct and time source is ntp

    Thanks,

Re: Incorrect time stamps on log file entries

The 7w 6d is the uptime of the device. This can be adjusted using the service timestamps command.

    service timestamps log datetime
