    Dear all,
    i would like to configure provisioned switch but not seccessing. please guide to do.

    logon to the switch
    enter superuser mode (with the enable command)
    enter configuration mode (with conf t)
    enter your relevant configuration commands.
    End the configuration mode with ctrl-Z
    save the config (wr mem)
    restart


    naturally, this process means you should know and understand what you're trying to configure, and how you want it configured.

      Dear tehcamel,

      thanx for ur posting but wen i log in the switch its not possible to use any command such as enable, config, etc..its not going in global mode.
      it showing as switch> thts all...

        I've noticed that many people get upset, when I tell them to do something they've already done, however, quite often, they have neglected to tell us what they've already done.

        Why don't you tell us what you have done to troubleshoot the issue so far? It will help us answer your questions better.
        What have you researched, and found, and tried?
        What happens when you try and run the enable command from the switch> prompt ?
        What do you see as the switch boots up ?
