  • Help with ip forward on sa520

    Hello guys,

Im having a hard time forwarding a ip adress on my sa520.
I have tried setting the rules in the firewall tab without luck.

Our ISP provides 5 static ip adresses. I assigned one for the router and i want to assign another one too one of my server(that only has a local ip).
The server is reachable for everyone on the local net but i need to see it from the outside aswell.

So my question is, can anyone give me some instructions on how to point a ip on the outside towards a ip on the outside?
Do i need to use the optional port as a secondary wan?

    Thank you.

What are you using that server for? You could use Port forwarding instead, or maybe a secondary NIC, or maybe reconfigure the existing NIC with static IP but it all depends on what the server is used for.
