  • Router Problem [Packet Tracer]

    I am having quite a problem in static routing. Here are my 2 routers

    Problem is when i try to make static route from R1 -> R2 & R2 -> R1, i use commands

    Code:
    R1(config)#ip route 2.0.0.0 255.0.0.0 2.2.2.2
    Code:
    R2(config)#ip route 1.0.0.0 255.0.0.0 1.1.1.1
    static route is created & can be viewed in config tab, but when i use
    Code:
    sh ip route
    in CLI there's no static route i created. When i use interface as forwarding address, it works & also shows in the routing table.

    Is there something wrong, the way i'm doing.

    This is because they are directly connected.
