    hi all

well i had my exam recently and it was ospf routing protocol

just wanna quickly as 1 thing..

that in ospf instead of writing wildcard mask i wrote subnet mask, so would there be any problems ...?? i tried to ping the destination interface and it was pinging perfectly fine, i had no issues except that i wrote subnet mask instead of wildcard

also i when i tried command

    show run
it was automatically showin wildcard in ospf.

    Re: Ospf_config_doubt

IIRC the device is smart enough to change the subnet mask to a wildcard mask, at least for OSPF and other routing protocols.
