I'm assuming that you want to configure inter-VLAN routing (I could be wrong). If so, this should help:

Yes, i wont to connect two VLANs on switch to router, using only one cable. Like this http://www.cisco.com/en/US/i/000001-...8500/18072.jpg

So I need setup a VTP domain ?

Re: Trunk on cisco 2650XM 12.3(15b)

If you have more than one switch that will participate in the VLAN's then you should configure VTP. The router doesn't use, need, or understand VTP as VTP is a layer 2 component.

I have only one switch with two VLANs and i wont to connect those VLANs to the router using only one cable.

So i have only one switch in my network. Have I to use VTP ?

No, you don't need VTP with one switch.

802.1Q is VLAN tagging. There are no trunk commands on the router. I'm pretty sure you do need to set 802.1Q on the router as specified in the article I referenced in my earlier post. That article should have all the info you need to get things configured.
