  • cisco 857w sec royter and huge problem

    hello.i have a cisco router model 857w and when i open the royter i have a connection from console port with cisco cable rj45->rs232 and i have install putty telnet client.when i plugin the router and start load ios i have this message

        Have you contacted CISCO as it looks as if you have a corrupt OS in the router?
