You want ALL internet traffic to go to the DVR? Your computer won't be able to do much if you do this....

Please clarify and I'll be more than happy to tell you how to forward ports.

Actually...now that I think about it...I'm an idiot.

ip nat inside source static 192.168.13.1 interface f0/0

replace the IP with your DVR's IP address and replace f0/0 with your external interface.

I think you want to do this:

ip nat inside source static ip [your DVR IP] 7000 interface fastEthernet4 7000

Now every traffic that goes to the router on port 7000 is redirected to your DVR, but you have to assign commands fot nat to the interfaces:

        interface fastEthernet4
        ip nat outside

        interface Vlan1
        ip nat inside

That is for example if your DVR is in Vlan1.
