• ADSL Failover on Cisco 2801

I have just joned a new company, who have installed 3 2800 routers at 3 different locations. the primary links are via VPN over the internet using the fast ethernets and the previous engineer sold the solution of failover via adsl into ISP MPLS. 2 sites are via dialer ints and one site has serial. The failover works as far as the local interface but will not failover to all sites unless all VPN Internet interfaces are diabled. I can see the downed site failover to adsl but obviously the other sites are still seeing there internet ints as up and there for still trying to route thru primary route. I have tried OSPF thru tunnels and numerous other things but still no luck. Any ideas I have provided my configs

I am new to using forums, and I am just looking for some advice on a way around failing over on the 2801 via my adsl interfaces
