  • One-way voice problem

Hi all. Need help regarding one-way voice problem. Our setup is we are using public ip address as the ip address of our voip phones to connect to our BCM on the other site and we are experiencing one-way voice problem (we can hear them clearly but they cannot hear us). We are not using NAT. What can be the problem?

    Thanks in advance.

    Re: One-way voice problem

My first thought that there are some ports blocking the traffic.
I would start a sniffer to see what is happening. Also you can play the phonecalls with a sniffer like wireshark. It might help

Thanks. I'll try to use wireshark.
