  • Router Cisco 827 Ip Over Atm

    Hello

    I need to configure a Router 837 to allow Ip Over Atm

    The provider gave me these parameters:

    Bridge Mode=RFC1483
    Encapsulation = LLC
    Qos service = UBR
    PUR=4000 / SCR=4000 / MBS = 10
    Vpi=0 / Vci = 35 (no problem with this )

    In the solution I have also am Ip permanent (the provider sells it ), used to communicate with a Indoor Application Server, using a Terminal Server.

    Sorry for mad English . Can I have some Help?

    Thanks in advanced

    Internet connection using IP Over ATM

    Hy

    Can I use this configuration in a Internet connection using IP Over ATM.? (Router Cisco (37)

    The provider gave these parameters :
    -- get IP from DHCP ***
    -- Bridge Mode = RFC1483
    -- Encapsulation = LLC
    -- Qos Service = UBR
    -- Qos Class = UBR
    -- PCR = 4000
    -- SCR = 4000
    -- MBS = 10
    -- VPI = 0 / VCI = 35

    ** I can not understand this because I have also a Ip Fix (that i acquired to the provider) because I want to work remotely in a application using a Terminal Session.

    I Have no support by the provider because I am not using his modem / Router

    Can you help me?

    Thanks in advanced

        DOR; you need to be more clear in what your trying to archive? Are you trying to set up the router as a dumb modem and putting a watchguard or sonic wall after it?

        Or are you trying to set up the router, as a router and port forward 3389 (for terminal svr's) to your server?

        And im aware of your 2 week ban so ill await a responce.
