    Hi,

    I heard about warm reload from which we can upgrade our ios.The IOS file will be stored in TFTP server.The configurations are as below:

    Router> reload warm file tftp://9.1.0.1/c7200-p-mz.port
    Proceed with reload? [confirm]
    Loading c7200-p-mz.port from 9.1.0.1 (via Ethernet5/0):!!!
    [OK - 15323964 bytes]
    Decompressing the image :### [OK]

    My question in this 'reload warm' command the IOS can be fetched from the TFTP server and it will be decompressed while this still we can ping the router but when it overrides the IOS with old IOS already present we cannot ping.Can anyone tell at what time in the above process the IOS will be overwritten to the esxiting old IOS.By this i achieved to upgrade the IOS in just 1min approx.Plz reply to this.Thanks in advance for your reply.
