    Hi,

Iam currently trying out the following command

    #sh ip nat translations.

problem is that it dosent bring back any info and neither does

    #sh ip nat statisits.

i have issued these commands on both our networked switches, core switch, and routers too no avail.

    any ideas

      Re: Nat commands

If the devices are not doing nat, they will not show anything.

forgive me as iam a newbie too all this stuff,

this is how i see things, at our company we use a private ip range of 10., but am i right in saying that when when the router too the outside world is hit natting occurs.

          Re: Nat commands

You have to do show nat translation on the correct device, so ask somebody to find out which device is doing nating and then you can see.
