  • PIX problem.

    Hi all,

    I have problem one PIX NAT setting.

    here is my configuration
    =======================
    access-list acl_in (2) permit tcp any host "PUBLIC_IP" eq smtp
    access-list acl_in (2) permit tcp any host "PUBLIC_IP" eq www
    access-list acl_in (2) permit tcp any host "PUBLIC_IP" eq https

    static (inside,outside) "PUBLIC_IP" "INTERNAL_IP" netmask 255.255.255.255 0 0
    =================================================

    My problem is http(80) access is OK but the https(443) is not work.

    Any one can help me

    Another question.
    How the procedure for debug monitor

    static (in,out) tcp publicip 80 internalip 80 netmask 255.255.255.255 0 0
    static (in,out) tcp publicip 443 internalip 443 netmask 255.255.255.255 0 0

    it seems that the problem you were having is you were translating your outside ip address to an internal address with your command:
    static (inside,outside) "PUBLIC_IP" "INTERNAL_IP" netmask 255.255.255.255 0 0

    when you add the tcp for ex: the commands i posted you are specifying which ports you want to translate
