    I have a quick question for any cisco call manager guru's out there.

    I currently have call manager (4.2) set up, with the appropriate cti port group set up (cti route point and the sequential cti ports). I also have the auto-attendant set up, however, I dont know how to modify it. the auto-attendant has the welcom message that has been set- and then it will let people dial the extension or name of the person that they are trying to reach.

    Is there any way to have the auto attendant give them a list of ONLY 4 options? ie: press one for sales , two for cust service, etc- and not give them the option of dialing by extension / name?
