  • Class of Service or Quality of Service?

I'm not sure which is relevant to my case, we have started using our Video Conference Kit over IP but the picture quality is not too good-not as good as when we used ISDN. Someone suggested that we try to make our switches prioitise traffic coming from the Video Conference Kit, is this possible with a Cisco Switch? If it is which is relevant to my case, Class of Service or Quality of Service?
