    Hi,

    I am after some initial help on BGP and have a few questions.

    What is the correct format for an AS Path list and will the sh ip bgp summ, show the peering sessions configured or the config of the router and what command will show all routes from a specific AS

      AS Path list format is a regular expression of sort, so the correct format depends on what you want to do. Can you elaborate?

      sh ip bgp summ will show conifugred peering sessions and their status.

      I don't know offhand the command to filter the bgp table live, but if you do a show ip bgp ?, there are a few ways to supply regular expressions and other filters to look at the table dynamically.
