  • How to Resolve I/O error in 3560G switch

    Hi All,
    im having a Cisco 3560G switch has courrupt IOS.
    while i tried to copy the image thru Xmodem its replying like I/O error.


    Error im getting is
    Switch : copy xmodem: flash:c3560-ipbase-mz.122-25.SEB2.bin
    Begin the Xmodem or Xmodem-1K transfer now...
    CCCCCCCCCCBB0BB0xmodem:: I/O error


    pls help me out to resolve this issue...

      Thanks for your reply...
      im not able to get in to the # mode in the switch....
      in that conversation they have discussed after entering the # mode..
      anyway i want to check with the same notes given by that.

      pls guide me to resolve this issue...

      checkt the following error, that im getting...

      switch:

      switch: dir flash:
      Directory of flash:/

        Does rommon on the 3560 not support downloading the image from tftp? If it does I'd do that instead...
