    Hi im running win2k3 TS server with Duall CPU 3ghz 4gb ram now i wonder how can i best set the performance on pagefile settings and set performance on programs or system cache?

      The default of "Adjust for best performance of Programs" is appropriate, as Terminal Server is a workstation, albeit for multiple users.

      Hardware RAID1 w/ the fastest disks you can afford

      Assuming 4GB RAM, 4GB Page File. If you have < 4GB RAM, make the pagefile 1.5 times the size of the physical RAM.
