    Re: Getting kicked off server

Looking at the server's eventviewer would be a good place to begin. Check the System and Application logs

    - Is the session still active when they are kicked off the pub app?
    - Have you configured any limits on the number of simultaneous connections?
    - Is the TS server local to the users or are they accessing it over a WAN-link?
    - If its happening on a consistent babsis for troubleshooting purpose have them connect using RDP instead of ICA and see if it still happens

Another thing to check would be if their sessions were all on the same Citrix server.

        Re: Getting kicked off server

        Hi,

        Thanks, I got 1 Server.

        1. Is the session still active when they are kicked off the pub app? No

        2. Have you configured any limits on the number of simultaneous connections? Where is that location to look?

        3. Is the TS server local to the users or are they accessing it over a WAN-link?
Over the WAN But this happen to few users not for all.

        4. I'll connect using RDP.
