  • ALTITUDE SOFTWARE keeps freezing

    Hi,
    I would like to know why does the ALTITUDE SOFTWARE keep freezing more often on different TS.. especially in the middle of a call..

    its really annoying .. since morning we have that problem.

    what are the following steps to troubleshoot this situation.. because all wat we do is we close the application by "end process". and restart

    Suggest you contact the software manufacturer in the first instance, especially if other applications on the TS don't behave this way

      Did you installed a physical adapter on the TS that use by the ALTITUDE SOFTWARE ? If so, please install it on another server.
