    Was hoping someone could help me oput with this one.

    We have currently created a new 2008 TS server, which will be hosting all of our access databases.

    We have setup the databases to be accessed as remote apps which worked great.

    A few of the databases have setup that the users can use the inernal access process to email a report they are working with. The email button has been added to the quickjaccess toolbar from the access options. This option worked great, as it opens the users email client and creates a new email with an attachment.

    After moving to the remoteapp, the email option is greyed out and not available.

    I have the latest updates all installed for winders server and office

    We do not have the Lotus Notes email client intalled yet on the server. Is this required?

    Will this method even work as from what I understand it using the remote app, the program is run entirely on the server, so accessing an email client on the users machine, is that even possible?

    Any help would be great

    Please move the application to use SQL 2012. Then set email reports etc. to use the buid in SQL 2012 mail mechanism.
    Otherwise, you may need to use Citrix etc. to reslove this issue.
