  • TS not showing in RWW for domain users

We have a 2008 Terminal Server on an SBS 2008 network
The terminal server shows up in the SBS console as a 'Server Computer' If I log onto RWW as the administrator the Terminal Server shows up as an availble server desktop I can log on to.

The problem is with regular users. I have regular domain users that need to access the TS from RWW but only the client computers show up. . How do I get the Terminal Server to show up as an available desktop to a regular SBS user?

have tried above and restarted which has not resolved the issue.

Just a follow up to the post.
The domain user connects OK via remote web workplace to the ts.
In the ts gateway manager on the sbs the active connection is displayed but showing the userid as being domain\admin rather than domain\user?

Re: TS not showing in RWW for domain users

Try to access from another computer... I guess that the IE saved the last user that tried to access… You can delete the IE Cache/Cookies to remove this option..
