I also tried to follow this KB:

    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/935649

I think it helped, but maybe i need to raise the value of PoolUsageMaximum.

Looking forward for your inputs !

    Best regards,

    1. Did you installed SP2 on this server? If no, please install.
    2. Did you setup a roaming profile/folder redirection?
    3. How much free space you have in each of the server drive?
    4. Do you have antivirus running of this server?
    5. Did you tried to delete the profiles with this issue by using:
Control Panel -> System -> Advnaced -> User Profies -> Settings

i had the same issue with a windows 7 client.

after googling around i found that it was a registry setting i had to change on the client pc. renamed the temp profile to .bak and used the old profile

i cannot remeber the exact registry key.

        Thanks for the inputs.

Apparently, it had something to do with the PoolUsageMaximum value. 60 (like in the MS KB) is 60%. After using this value, few people encountered the problem. We've decided to lower the value to increase the PoolUsageNMaximum to 30 and that fixed it.

        Best regards,
