  • Using TS on different port

I followed Daniels how to to change the listening port on a Win2K3 server from 3389 to another value by editing the registry key, however it wont connect on this new port from a client but will on the default port??

    am i missing something.

    Thanks

Re: Using TS on different port

Did you add a new port or change the existing listening port?

Either way the client would type in the following to connect.

    i.e. 192.168.1.100:8080

If the default port is still working then you probably added a new port.
