  • Setting up Thin Clients

    Hello All

    We are looking in get replacing our 10 Dell Desktops with Thin Clients(cut backs) Is there any good white paper on this? I thought set up a terminal server with 10 access cals on it then install office 2010. Then from the thin clients connect to the server through remote desktop.. If i'm miles off i apolozise now

    Well, the design should be start by:

    a. Check how many users we use which application.
    b. Verify that each application support TS.
    c. Install TS + TS License server etc.
    d. Build a GPO (You can use RemoteApp of Win 2008 R2 and TS Gateway etc.).
    d. Install printer drivers or use Micosoft "Easy Print" feather.
