  • Printer can't connect unless given the same TS port?

I have about 5 remotes log in through a 2000 Terminal Server. All but one is fine. This particular one has a printer that connects up using port TS09 for the printer. It works fine until she logs off. Then when she reconnects it grabbs another port number like TS12 and she can't print until we click on her printer and change it to TS09 and it works.

Everyone else can log in and out and get different printer ports but she can't. Why is that and how can I fix it??

    Thanks, Michael

There missing information on the printer configurations and client type.

Try to use local printer and allow it to redirect to the server.
