  • Cannot make "remote control" terminal server 2000

    Hi
    I have sbs200 & Terminal server 2000
    When i log in to the terminal server as administrator
    from another station
    I tryied to make "remote control" to anather user
    But i'm getting an error

    Terminal services error
    (error 2 the system cannot find the files specified)

    beacuse the system was crashed i installed the terminal server again
    and the the problem started
    Before that i used to do it

    any idea?

    any events in the event viewer?
    what is the os of the client?

          I tried but it didn't solve it

          I tried again to connect
          Now i have the error

          "session (id remote control failed
          (error 7044-the request to control another session remotely was denied)"

          I looked at the event viewer and there was an information

          Application popup: Remote Control Request : \\Domain_Name\administrator is requesting to control your session remotely.
          Do you accept the request

          I read the article but the "Start the following program at logon " is clear

            Check if anyone run the shadow.exe utility in the remote desktop startup.
            shadow.exe is a remote control command line utility
