  • Terminal Services Licence Manager, from workgroup to domain.

    Hi,

We prepared a server that will be used for TS connection.

When we setup the server, it was in workgroup. So we installed all TS services (along with TS licence manager) from add/remove programs. Licences are installed and everything is working fine.

We then joined the server to an AD domain. I guess we should've installed the TS services after that, but it's not the case. The TS license server isn't accesible when loggeg on on the domain. However, it works well in the workgroup environment. I would need to migrate from the workgroup scope to a domain scope, but is it possible to do that ? Would i need to reinstall the services and re-activate the TS server etc. ?

    Best regards,

    trep

The easy way will be to reinstall the TS License server + reactivate the licenses....
