    Weird issue-

When I connect to a Server 2003 running term services from the local area network everthing is fine and I can administer.

When I connect through a VPN to a Cisco PIX and then attempt to connect to the same server, I can connect for appx 5 minutes and then the connection is lost. The VPN connection is still up and running. I have to wait a couple of hours before I can connect again for the 5 minute session. The user profiles are set to - do not disconnect sessions.

Once the RDC is lost I try to ping to the server nut get no response. I know the server is running as my eachnge client remain connected.

    Any ideas?

There no reason to belive that you have problem with the TS it self.

    Please check the following:

    1. You have the latest Cisco VPN client and latest IOS on the PIX.
    2. You are using the correct MTU size from outside to the local network.
(You can change MTU size by usinf the Cisco VPN tool)

Please backup the current system before change anything.

    3. Use RDP 5.2 Client:
