    I try to solve a problem for one of my clients.
    Win2003 server, Citrix presentation server3.
    When users log in, local drives are replaced with a red question mark. No access, when you try to access a local client drive you get a message saying that the drive is unavailable or unknown. Could really use some help here... Anyone???

    There can be Citrix Policy that limit the drive mapping and more..

    Also, using old Citrix client can create some problems. Please use Citrix client 9.0.
    If the problem occur again, please describe the Citrix environment and the settings.
