Is it OK to install Virtual Server on Server 2008 TS machine?

I may need it for running tiny W2K for an old app that needs IIS5

The load on TS will be low. Couple of published shortcuts to other servers apps.

Virtual server will be practically invisible on 2008 TS.
My question is about down sides of this idea.

Re: Virtual Server on Server 2008 TS

Virtual Server will decrease the server performance and the reboot time.
Also, I don't know if there official support from Microsoft for this scenario.
btw.. crash if the virtual server will fail the terminal server and if you plan to
add users to the TS, this may decrease the performance further.

      Thanks.
I will try to check with vendor if their soft may work with IIS7 in order to install it directly on 2008.
