Trend Micro with Profile not loading issue.

  • Trend Micro with Profile not loading issue.

    Terminal Server Profiles were loading normally.
    Installed Trend Micro anti-virus and the Profile failed to load with a message:
    Profile did not load because it did not have enough rights or resources (or very similar wording)

    When logging on to a TS session as an Administrator, the Profile loads correctly.

    Unable to see where this permission or resource problem is. Anyone have any ideas.

    Did you installed Officescan 8 sp1? How you installed the antivirus? I hope that you used the local console and went to add/remove programs...
