  • Citrix Web Server help

    Hi

I am trying to setup my Citrix Web Server for external clients. I have set up my firewall to translate the 203.44.xxx.xxx address into the 192.168.x.x I have also configures it to use NAT firewall using alternate addressing. The web interface works internally on the LAN but when I try the 203.44.xxx.xxx "page can not be found". What am I missing?

Have you created a rule on your firewall that allows port 80 or 443 in to the server?

      Yes, using port 80.

        Re: Citrix Web Server help

One Question: Is the firewall configured to perform proxy ARP for the server?

One Suggestion: Put a packet sniffer on the external and then the internal interfaces of the firewall and look for packets destined for the server. If you see the packets on both "sides" of the firewall then you can rule it out as the problem.

          Re: Citrix Web Server help

First of all, test that the server answer to http or https from the local LAN and the Citrix works as it should.
After it, set a unique external IP and map it to the DMZ/Web Server.
Dont forget to install the SSL Gateway,or better, buy Citrix applicance that function
          as SSL Gatyway.
          Best Regards,
