  • Problem in monitor Citrix servers using MOM 2005

    Hi,

I am having few citrix servers running 4.5 MPS. I want to use MOM 2005 to monitor few Citrix perameters like user logon counts etc.

I installed MOM management pack for Citrix now I am getting alerts in my operator console related to Citrix but I am not getting any option in Reoprting console to generate reports based on Historical data.

I know that I we need two files one is .akm to monitor and generate the alerts from the server and one .xml file to get the reports. I searched a lot on internet but I could only found the .akm file there.

Can any body help me in getting the .xml file so that i can get the historical reports. Or if someone can ensure weather reporting for Citrix data is available or not.

    Thanks,
    Kapil Sharma

      Hmmmm.

I have gone through it but seems that there is no availiblity of default reporting console for Citrix. Any way thanks a lot for your valuable time and extended help.

As Citrix customer you can open a case in Citrix support.
Its recommnaded that you try to find answer to this issue due the fact the MOM
wirhout reporting doesnt provide a real solution to enterprise.
