Can you check that in the HTML there aren't any links that point to the Internet?
Can you ask your clients to send you in another format?
Can you print it to a file? I would try to convert it to PDF, without any links inside...

There are no links but have a picture that didn't come in the mail so there is a x

Can you ask your clients to send you in another format?

As i say it is an automatic bill from outside the Org.
