  • remote controll user session

Hi there. We are testing terminal services at the moment and everything seems to be working. Remote desktop users have been assigned log on through terminal services and the appropriate users added to that group. On the terminal services configuration i've it set to override user settings and to allow remote control of a users session.

On terminal services manager, it won't allow me do remote control the users session as that option is greyed out. Should terminal services work without remote desktop for administration enabled?

Remote desktop for administration is enabled on all client machines.

    Thank you in advance

    Re: remote controll user session

You have to rmeote control your server from another workstation, then open the task manager - users, and from there you will be able to remote control the user session.
