  • new printer in terminal server

    Hi!
I installed a new network printer for Terminal Server 2003 users. Also I deleted the old printer. The printer is the default one in the server.
If I login as administrator, I see the new printer and I can use it but, if I do login as a regular user, I must install the new printer to use it.
I'm looking for a way to allow all users to use the printer without install it a hundred times.

    Tnx

    Printer

What are the printer model + type? What is the terminal server client’s type? (For example - 98 doesn’t download printer drive usually)
Did you configure under “Printer Properties” to add Win 98/NT drivers to the drive list?
Did the new printer was shared and the old printer driver removed + spooler service was Stop and start?
