  • Session Time Out Does not Work

    Hi,
we are using windows 2003 servers and people logon to it using RDP. I set the session timeout to 1 hr but still I found users logoff after 15 min when session is idle, I checked all the possible settings, in user properties, in terminal service manager btu could not fix the issue. Please, if anybody has an idea about this?
    Thanks

How did you setup this 1hr? by Group policy or directly in the terminal server configiration?

Please use Overright user... option. There may unique policy for user/s, so the currect policy cant helped without enable this option.

This setting is already set. Is there any registry settings? or something to check in group policy?
