  • "access denied" when printing to local USB printer

I installed a new USB printer (HP 3600n) on a Windows XP Pro workstation. When in
a terminal session (W2K), only members of the local Admin group can
print. This is a replacement printer and this user had no problems in
the past printing with current permissions (power user)

I know the drivers match because admin can print and printing locally
is not a problem. I tired both local accounts and network accounts
    with the same results.
