  • Single Sign On (pass-through) problem!

    Dear TS forum,

On my organization I have Citrix Farm, that contains two Servers,
First server: Windows 2003 R2 running Presentation server 4. (Of course on TS)
The second Server: Windows 2000 Advanced server SP4

I published desktop (on both servers) the problem is that the single Sign on (Pass-through) mechanism doesn’t work on the Windows server 2003.

When I publish the desktop on the Windows server 2000 everything is just fine, but when I try to publish it on the Windows 2003 I get the Login-screen (again).

I checked various articles about pass-through and its looks like the 2003 is configured to allow Pass Through

I tried to connect to the 2000/2003 from the same Client (M eta frame presentation client 9 running on XP machine)

Can anyone give me some pointers about this issue?

    Thanks a lot

    Boaz Galil.

Re: Single Sign On (pass-through) problem!

    1. Upgrade to Citrix 9.2 client.
    2. Verity correct GPO/Citrix policy.
    3. Review:

    4. Contact Citrix PSS:

Re: Single Sign On (pass-through) problem!

      Yuval,
      Thanks for the fast reply!

      1. I upgraded the client to 9.2 but I get the same result (Pass-through works on the 2000 but not on the 2003)

      2. same GPO settings fall on both the 2000/2003 servers,
      3. Can you point me to configuration I should check in the Group-Policy and Citrix Policy?

      Thanks for you help

      Boaz Galil.

Re: Single Sign On (pass-through) problem!

I guess that Pass-through didnt enable during the Citrix installation on the Win 2003.

        http://www.google.co.il/search?hl=en...+citrix+enable

        http://www.google.co.il/search?hl=en...ication+citrix

You may need to check the Citrix support KB or/and reinstall the Citrix to enable
this option from what I remember...
