  • TS Manager & WinXp pro

I installed the AdminPack for win2003 at my station (xpPro, sp1) and can see the othe xp stations at my lan, BUT, when I try connect them via the TSM, I can only send message, or log off ; when I do that from the win2003 TS, I can Remote control, or connect to the current session.
How can I Remote control a current session from the xp ?

XP doens't support to view the session of the user via Terminal services.
you need to start remote assistance to help the user. you can find that by help and support.

if the user is logged of, you can start terminal services on xp by the way.
only one session at the time. it isn't a server
