Need help on installing Office 2003 through SCCM using script

I need help on deploying office 2003 standard version using SCCM 2007.
I have created .mst file and configured command line to deploy it.
On client system log files I can see package is getting downloaded successfully and while starting command, it gives error 1603 (a generic error).
If I try to run the command line locally from "Cache" folder on client system, it works well. So no issue with command line.
I also tried creating package using "Package from definition" feature of SCCM" still got the same error.

Can anybody guide me for a script to install Office 2003 standard version silently through SCCM?
