  • Link Browser Error

    Enviornment is such as users have no access to c: drive the problem occurs when users click a link in outlook the browser opens another dialog box. I try to fix it from extensions and file types but could not able to do that no c: drive access.

    In registered file types in the advanced properties of URL there is following string

    rundll32.exe shadow.dll, OpenURL %|

    as company policy does not want user to access c: drive how can i fix the problem

    What OS are you using?
    What version of Outlook?
    Can you post screen shots of the errors?
