    Can any body help me: How to give Read only Access to Junior System Administrator. So that he should not make any changes but can view it.

    What operating system are your DCs running?

    Regardless of which, look into delegated permissions on active directory

      Delegation of Authority is how you would do this.

        Its windows 2003 STD.
        I had tried doing in GPO -->Security ->LOG ON TERMINAL Services and LOG on locally.. but no luck!!

          Are you, by any chance, the junior administrator?

          Delegation of Control is basic AD stuff, normally one of the first things you learn about, and is absolutely nothing to do with GPO settings.
